Isle of Arran, Scotland
Rhanna is a large, 1920s, detached property on the Isle of Arran, overlooking a bay. The house had several original Arts and Craft features which were to remain and be restored.
The four- bedroom property, although currently a single dwelling, has potential to be used as guesthouse. In addition to the upgrade of the existing bedrooms, the first floor plan was reconfigured to provide a small annex flat, providing the client with maximum flexibility for the future.
